PACEEX Technology has developed a dedicated application designed to enhance user experience in managing their battery-equipped devices. The app offers the convenience of connecting to personal devices anytime and anywhere, enabling users to monitor battery health, record operational data, diagnose issues, and receive real-time alerts regarding battery status. This tool proves to be a valuable resource for device operation and maintenance.

Parameter Settings: The app allows users to set preset warning thresholds for over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and over-temperature conditions. When the battery reaches these predefined limits, the system issues an alert notification, notifying users to attend to potential performance concerns.

Real-Time Data: The application provides comprehensive real-time information, including summary metrics such as battery current, voltage, cell count, cycle number, SOC (State of Charge), SOH (State of Health), and temperature. It also displays detailed cell-specific data—voltage, current, cycle count, SOC, SOH, and temperature—as well as voltage and temperature parameters of individual cells. Additionally, status indicators cover protection states, control signals, faults, battery balancing activities, and alarm conditions.

Historical Data: The app maintains records of alarms, protection events, faults, and their progression over time. This historical data enables users to better understand the battery’s performance history and identify patterns or recurring issues.

Connection Methods: For local control, the app utilizes Bluetooth communication—users can easily connect by searching for nearby signals without needing an account. This one-to-one pairing is straightforward and ready for immediate use. For remote management, Wi-Fi connectivity is employed; users must register an account to log in. The app and device will automatically handle network configuration procedures and associate the device with the user’s account.

My Device: Users who have forgotten their password can reset it via email. To modify device details such as nickname or to remove a device from the system, simply long-press the device item to access editing options. Additionally, the initial network configuration and account binding enable the administrator to generate a QR code for sharing access with other authorized users.
